Small Wooden Earrings - Campsite

The Campsite small wooden earrings are individually designed and hand painted before being finished with gloss and stirling silver hooks. 

In traditional Aboriginal art places of meeting or connection are usually marked as a circle or set of concentric circles, symbolling places, people, bush tucker, land and waterways. The artworks are depicted from an aerial view, like looking down on a map.

The Campsite symbolises camping and rest stops. Common campgrounds can be found between hunting grounds and ceremonial grounds in between communities.
