Delivery Options
Domestic delivery time frames may vary and can currently take between 4 - 8 business days. Delivery time estimates with Australia Post can be found at the Australia Post website. Delivery times via Australia Post to Western Australia and regional/remote locations in South Australia, Queensland, Tasmania and the Northern Territory may still be a little longer than usual.
International delivery time frames may vary and can take between 2 - 8 weeks. Overseas restrictions, customs delays and fewer flights due to COVID-19 may affect delivery times for international orders. Estimated delivery times for international deliveries according to Australia Post can be found at the Australia Post website.
Click & Collect
Our free Click & Collect service allows you to place an order online and pick it up from our Sydney Opera House Welcome Centre Shop. More information can be found at our Click & Collect page.
Shop and Ship
Our newest shipping service enables you to shop the full range in-store and organise for delivery back to your home address for a flat rate fee. Delivery fee is calculated based on weight, country of destination and will vary. More information can be found at our Shop & Ship page.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. Orders and Delivery

All orders are shipped from the Sydney Opera House via our affiliate courier Australia Post. This includes International shipping.

All orders are processed within 2 – 5 business days and are shipped on Wednesdays. Please allow extra time for Australia Post to deliver the orders.

Express Post is available in Australia upon request but may incur additional charges.

All shipments that are sent by by the Sydney Opera House Shop online store are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes and parcel lockers. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
2. Packaging

We always do our best to package products appropriately to avoid any damage, however, if you do receive a product that has been damaged in transit please follow our Returns Policy instructions here.
3. Shipping Carriers

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery or the package is over-sized, Australia Post will leave a notification card at your delivery address advising you of the nearest Australia Post Centre to pick up your parcel. Please check the Australia Post website for collection times.
*Cards will not be issued for people who have a MyPost account.
4. Flat Rate Shipping

We now offer Flat Rate Shipping for Domestic and International Orders.

Rates are determined based on the destination and weight of the package. See below table for details.

Shipping for orders above 1kg, is calculated by Australia Post and determined by weight. This applies for Domestic & International orders.

If your order ships to a country not listed below, the shipping rate is calculated by Australia Post based on weight.

6. Tracking your Order

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email with the Australia Post tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
