All orders are shipped from the Sydney Opera House. Yes, this is the official online store for the Sydney Opera House Shop, so when you purchase from us you can be sure you’re buying a genuine memento of this historic, world heritage site!

Yes. In addition to the online store we also operate two stores at the Sydney Opera House. One is located in the main Box Office foyer and one is located at the Welcome Centre on the Lower Concourse (past Opera Bar and Opera Kitchen). All products on this site are available for purchase in the stores (subject to availability) – or unless specifically marked ‘online exclusive’.

Are the Sydney Opera House stores currently open?

The Welcome Centre store is open 7 days a week, from 9am - 5pm. The Box Office store is currently closed.

What do I do if I have a problem with the products I purchased?

We use Australia Post to dispatch all online store purchases. Both regular and express shipping options are available, however Australia Post currently is unable to guarantee next-business-day delivery as the impact of COVID-19 continues to affect delivery timeframes.

From 1st November, you will have the option to purchase a Sydney Opera House branded Gift Box with your purchase. There is a set price of $12 for Gift Box. The Gift Box size will be determined at packing. Selected styles excluded and you will not be able to add a gift box for these items.

From 1st November, you will have the option to include a personalised gift message with your purchase. The message will be printed on a Sydney Opera House branded gift card at no extra charge.

When will my goods be shipped?

All orders are processed within 2 – 5 business days and are shipped on Tuesdays. We will send you an email when your order is dispatched and you will receive a tracking number. Please note there may be further delays associated with Australia Post due to high parcel volumes and continued restrictions.
