Delivery Options
Domestic delivery timeframes may vary and can currently take between 4 - 9 business days. Delivery time estimates with Australia Post can be found here. Delivery times via Australia Post to Western Australia and regional/remote locations in South Australia, Queensland, Tasmania and the Northern Territory may still be a little longer than usual.
International delivery timeframes may vary and can take between 2 - 8 weeks. Overseas restrictions, customs delays and fewer flights due to COVID-19 may affect delivery times for international orders. SHIPPING POLICY
1. Orders and Delivery
- All orders are shipped from the Sydney Opera House via our affiliate courier Australia Post. All orders are processed within 2 – 5 business days and are shipped on Wednesdays. Please allow extra time for Australia Post to deliver the orders.
- Express Post is available in Australia upon request but may incur additional charges.
- All shipments that are sent by sydneyoperahouseshop.com are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
- Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
2. Packaging
- We always do our best to package products appropriately to avoid any damages, however, if you do receive a product that has been damaged in transit please follow our Returns Policy instructions here.
3. Shipping Carriers
- We use Australia Post for all our shipping. This includes International Shipping.
- Shipping is calculated at check out base on the item's weight and shipping address.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery or the package is over-sized, Australia Post will leave a notification card at your delivery address advising you of the nearest Australia Post Centre to pick up your parcel. Please check the Australia Post website for collection times.
3. International orders
- Overseas restrictions, customs delays and fewer flights due to COVID-19 may affect delivery times for international orders.
- Any fees, tariffs or duties associated with international delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
- The Sydney Opera House Shop does not take any responsibility for meeting any legal requirements of the country of delivery.
4. Tracking your Order
- As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the Australia Post tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
