Custom engraved Uprising Glassware is available as a premium, ready-to-gift product. Each glass features a 3D sculpted Sydney Opera House relief moulded into the base, with the desired design engraved to order. Please note, due to the nature of the product designs will be subject to approval.

3. Approve Design: If you are engraving on Uprising Glassware, you will need to approve sample before payment.
4. Receive Your Order Link: Once confirmed, you will receive a customized link to complete your corporate order and finalise the purchase.
5. Fast Fulfillment: After payment, we’ll process your order for timely delivery.

1. The Opera House handles engraving enquiries and orders through both their in-house event planners, and the online store, confirming the quantity, and required delivery date.
2. All glasses in one order are engraved with the same artwork. If ordering a twin set, each glass within the set can have different artwork. However, each unit must be the same.
3. The Opera House invoices the corporate client for the custom glassware.
4. The Opera House connects the client with Uprising Glassware, who coordinates receipt or creation of the vector artwork file. Accepted formats .ai or .svg
5. Raster files (JPEG, PNG) are not suitable for engraving and cannot be accepted.
6. Uprising prepares a digital mockup for written client approval. If a physical sample is required, Uprising Glassware will invoice the client directly. Sample fee is $90. Please allow 15 business days from artwork approval for sample delivery.
7. Upon approval of artwork, glasses are shipped to the engraver, completed, and delivered directly to the Sydney Opera House. Please allow 30 business days from artwork approval for production orders.
8. Mockups are provided to the Opera House for use as product imagery to promote the engraving service in-store and online.
